1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items (such as custom name acrylic décor) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.

We will either send a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing your claim.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Arcdew is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production or shipping has not yet started.
