Arcdew Return & Exchange Policy

At Arcdew, we take pride in crafting premium-quality acrylic décor and furniture designed to enhance your space. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to shop with confidence.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order acrylic pieces.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may select another product or request a refund (if eligible).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.

  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be credited back to the same card used for purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to visit our warehouse to collect their refund.

  • Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Arcdew will cover the return shipping costs.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Contact Page and submit your return request with your order details.

  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original condition and return it to the provided address.
